Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct, content and items that are not permitted on Dyaspora Maket. It applies to every user — buyers, vendors, browsers and partners.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Scams & fraud: phishing, payment diversion, fake-order scams, identity theft.
- Counterfeit goods: any item that infringes a trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right.
- Illegal products or services: anything illegal in either the buyer's or vendor's jurisdiction, including but not limited to: regulated drugs, weapons, stolen goods, endangered wildlife, and human-trafficking-related services.
- Hazardous or recalled goods: items that pose a safety risk or are subject to a manufacturer or government recall.
- Harassment & hate speech: threats, bullying, slurs, or discriminatory content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristic.
- Spam: mass unsolicited messages, repetitive listings, link-farming, SEO spam.
- Fake listings: products you do not have, do not intend to ship, or that misrepresent material facts.
- Review manipulation: fake reviews, paid reviews, retaliatory reviews, review-trading rings.
- Off-platform diversion: attempting to take transactions off-platform to evade fees or accountability.
- Account abuse: maintaining duplicate accounts to evade suspension, sharing accounts, or selling/transferring accounts.
- Security abuse: probing, scraping, scanning or attacking the Platform; bypassing rate limits; reverse-engineering; uploading malware.
- Misuse of personal data: using buyer data for any purpose beyond fulfilling the order without explicit consent.
2. Prohibited Content
- Sexual content involving minors — reported immediately to authorities;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Graphic violence or content glorifying violence;
- Content that infringes another person's privacy or publicity rights;
- Misleading medical or financial claims.
3. Enforcement
We may, without prior notice: remove listings or content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, withhold payouts, and report unlawful conduct to law enforcement. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent removal from the Platform.
4. Reporting Violations
Anyone may report a suspected violation through our Dispute Policy or by emailing trust@diasporamarket.com. We review every report and protect reporters' identities where possible.
