- Vendor information: business name, description, location, banking details for payouts (handled by our payment processor).
- Listings: product descriptions, images, prices, categories.
- Communications: messages exchanged with vendors, customer support inquiries.
- Payment information: handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, search queries, click events.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your account and provide marketplace services.
- To process payments, subscriptions and payouts.
- To enable messaging between buyers and vendors.
- To send transactional emails (orders, account, security).

- To analyse usage, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform.

3. How We Share Your Information
- Vendors and buyers: When you make a purchase or contact a vendor, the parties exchange the information needed to complete the transaction (name, shipping address, order details).
- Service providers: Payment processors, email providers, analytics, cloud hosting and customer-support tools, under contractual confidentiality.
- Legal: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for advertising.

8. International Transfers
Dyaspora Maket operates globally and may transfer personal data to countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Platform is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
