Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for fees you pay to Dyaspora Maket and for marketplace purchases between buyers and vendors.
1. Vendor Subscription Fees (Pro, Premium)
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and renewal is stopped. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may grant discretionary, pro-rated refunds in cases of clear billing errors or extended Platform-wide outages. Submit such requests to billing@diasporamarket.com.
2. Featured Listing Promotions
Promotion fees are charged at checkout. Because each promotion requires admin approval before going live:
- If your promotion is rejected for policy reasons, you receive a full refund.
- If a live promotion is paused or removed by Dyaspora Maket through no fault of yours, the unused portion is refunded pro rata.
- If you cancel a live promotion early, the unused portion is non-refundable.
3. Marketplace Purchases (Buyer ↔ Vendor)
Dyaspora Maket is not a party to the sales contract between a buyer and a vendor. Refunds for products and services purchased through the Platform are the responsibility of the vendor in accordance with their own published refund policy and applicable consumer- protection law.
Today, payments for many listings are arranged directly between the buyer and the vendor. In those cases, Dyaspora Maket cannot issue a refund on the vendor's behalf and any refund is handled directly between the parties.
If and when Dyaspora Maket enables managed payments or escrow for certain transactions, platform-mediated refunds will become available for those transactions and the rules will be presented to you at checkout. Until then, please:
- Read the vendor's listing and refund terms before purchasing;
- Keep written records of your communication and payment;
- Use payment methods with built-in buyer protections where possible;
- Open a dispute via our Dispute Policy if you cannot resolve the issue with the vendor.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under your local consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rights).
